Pros
I was able to work remotely after being hired to work on site. I was provided opportunities to grow that I would not have found elsewhere.
Cons
The way the US consulting team works with the UK team made it hard for the US team to hold poor performers from overseas accountable. It became a stalemate between the US leadership and UK leadership on how to handle areas of concern.
