Pros

Great Coworkers. There's no one here I don't like.

Cons

Underpaid. Medical benefits crazy expensive; I can't afford a decent plan, so I have to settle for the Yugo of medical plans and must contribute to an HSA. But because my salary is so far below market, I cannot afford to contribute enough to actually obtain medical care. Thus, chronic health problems including cardiovascular disease and diabetes are being ignored.

Pros

Last year at Aon was Actually in 2005. Glassdoor does not allow to go back that far. This was the last company I worked for before going overseas for 11 years. Aon is one of the greatest companies I have worked for thus far. I was a full time employee for 5 years and had opportunities to work in 4 different departments (Fiance & Accounting Dept, Client Service Business Unit, Business Development Dept, Financial Services Group). Aon offers great benefits, career development and room to grow. International placement if qualified.

Cons

I can't find any cons about this employer.
