Pay was reasonable, atmosphere was relaxed

Cons

No formal training. For this to be a well known and respected company there is no training guide or resources for any department. I could have been very successful if I was trained properly. Employees would also be happier if they weren’t figuring things out as they go along.

Pros

I have really enjoyed working for Aon. My team is great and so is my manager. I really feel like I am trusted to get on with my own work however I see fit. There is no micromanagement like some other companies

Cons

Aon can be quite stingy with social events (they don't have many for my department)
