Pros

Great people to work with nice and cooperative The best company to be a part of if you want to be in Compensation Consulting You get to do a little bit of everything from presenting to data analysis

Cons

- Previously worked in the same industry and was asked multiple times to divulge information about my former employer. Made for an uncomfortable work environment especially when asked by upper management specifically Director and Partner Level. - Training is close to non-existent be prepared to teach yourself as well as ask others how things work - Inefficient work processes, requests from clients go through multiple people before being sent out - The IT department in house is unresponsive and half the time will send you to AON corporate which will take twice the time. - Lean staff and terrible management of the workload among analysts
