Pros

Aon provides channels to explore multiple career roles both domestically and internationally.

Cons

Aon is subject to intense cost-scrutiny given its role within a low-margin professional services industry. This scrutinizing focus on cost at the management level has a trickle-down effect on business practices at the product level.

Pros

Working from home some nice people in the office

Cons

There is no structure in the company. It all depends on which team you work for (what client you serve). Some people can walk around the office and be on their phones all day and others have to pull overtime just to stay afloat. There is no consistency with management because policies can change depending on what team you're on. Absolutely no one comes into the office. There is maybe 30 people who show up on a good day which is terrible for professional development. You will constantly feel over worked, underpaid, and most of all under appreciated.
