Pros

Gives you a great feel of what the corporate world is like. Always room to move around after a year of employment. A lot of good people to work with.

Cons

Managers pick and choose when they want to enforce rules. They lure their employees by saying there is potential to work from home but when you become employed, they start to give the run around as to why you cannot work from home. Working with team member overseas can be an issue. The language barrier often causes issues with projects needing to be done and the sense of urgency is not the same which causes a lot of problems when we need to meet a deadline.

Pros

- Meritocratic. If you can do it, you will shine, and people will know - A lot of exposure to both project management and client management early on - Vibrant working environment that drives accountability - Management understands the market, and is always looking for ways to upgrade solutions and better the working environment - First tie benefits

Cons

- Stressful - People are mostly tied down with one solution, so it is difficult to get exposure to a different solution - A few bad crops in the harvest
