Pros

Incredible resources for clients

Cons

Hostile environment, very silo'd office and unethical behavior, expense extravagant lunches for meetings that never took place. women are harassed if they don't fit a certain look. Witnessed an African American women get harassed then fired because of her color. Office is ran like the Wild West!

Experience depends on people

Pros

Good work / life balance typically.

Cons

Your experience depends entirely on who you work for. Bad managers stifle progress and the company doesn’t get rid of them even though there are clear problems. Even after improvements in 2018 there are bad benefits compared to the market. Aon also gives tiny raises.
