Pros

* Will get good experience working here and superiors are very knowledgeable. * Benefits are decent. * Sometimes excellent training programs were provided. Company will invest in personnel. * Some people were very happy working here. These people were usually very assertive and goal oriented. * Depending on the position, there may be great flexibility. Many people could work often from home.

Cons

* There is a lot of variability with this company. Some employees get very good training and some get minimal training. Some departments are not very organized in this respect. One's experience working here can vary wildly depending on who becomes one's manager and how you get along with them. In contrast to the people who were very happy here, some people were very unhappy. * Benefits kept getting worse year after year. * Business based on winning contracts. In order to win business the work will ramp up during certain periods. Sometimes this overtime gets intense. For some people, the work would take over their lives. One needs to make sure they are OK with this.
