Pros

Great place to gain experience in the corporate world, the people are great, great if you've got a keen sense for rules and attention to detail

Cons

Management styles clash a lot within and across departments, employees voices aren't always heard, no room for advancement within the first year, after first year more horizontal growth and development available than veritcal

Pros

schedule flexibility, ability to relocate, many locations, 401k match is really great, well known company in the risk management industry

Cons

In comparison to other captive managers, Aon does not pay very well. Salary should be higher in locations where account managers have to way more hats than their job title responsibilities. No oversight for manager, sub par communication from upper management on an individual level, Double standards, rules do not apply equally across the board
