Pros

I've enjoyed working at Aon. So far I feel that my voice is heard and career opportunities are made available to those that demonstrate they are ready for new challenges.

Cons

The only downside to Aon is that some teams may be hesitant to let go of top performers. I found that when framed appropriately, management is ""OK" with these moves.

Pros

Tons of room to learn

Cons

No work life balance. Too many rules and regulations. Hours are 9 to 6. Hiring of cronies and no room for upward mobility. Benefits are expensive. No gender equality or racial equality. Fraternity for a few.

Pros

Aon pays pretty well which is typical for companies of this size. There is a lot of room for upward mobility within the company.

Cons

too much travel and not enough direction. Managers are often hesitant to provide concrete feedback but in the end it always works out.
