Free Transport; Medical via third party upto 2 LAC but this depends upon your level (6 or lower than); Annual increment as per industry standards, No issues in leaves sanction(but depends upon manager).
Cons
No good cafeteria space and meal services; whatever present is costly, Work from Home not allowed,Old management mindset, No telephone and internet reimbursement (you can only show as a tax saving option, claim process is very cumbersome).
