Flexibility offered to long timers is also good Provided you are working in the right team with the right kind of people, then it's a bliss to be part of this organization inspite of the org level turmoil that has happened off late. Process oriented approach for every facade of the organisation and is something to learn from.
Cons
Rampant Narcissist in some high technical positions in the organization is holding the firm back and equally toxic levels of sycophancy. There are quite a few senior members in organization who are a blemish to any organizational structure and it's a shame that such people continue to thrive and poison the organization.
