Pros

Strong business leadership that doubled stock/worth of company in realtive short time.

Cons

Poor financial leadership. Compensation and rewards reserved for senior leadership. Cost of benefits increasing as a result of less company contribution. Moved corporate hq to London, along with US jobs. Lack of loyalty to dedicated employees. Does not regard employees as most valuable asset.

Pros

Pay and benefits here were great. I really enjoyed my team and the people I worked directly with.

Cons

The office culture is very fragmented. There is no sense of community, people are there to do a job, and if that job is not going to interact with your job, you'll probably never really get to know that person.

Pros

Flexibility to work from home

Cons

Everything else. Leadership doesn't listen to feedback in HR. Ironically HR implements for others well but doesn't do a good job of managing and leading their own team. Even when given very specific feedback such as: "overwhelmed", "I'm not happy" They do nothing. Engagement is very low but the company is working to improve it. Nothing is being done about HR leadership style. Benefit costs are outrageous and getting worse. HR structure of Legacy Aon is really bad. Hewitt HR Organization design is great but it hasn't been fully adopted yet.
