Pros

Good in hand salary. Free Transport

Cons

Aon works in shift 8 to 5 or 12 to 9. But there is always an expectation of working beyond shift. You may be asked to work from 8 am to 9 pm and weekends also. In eyes of management people extending beyond working hours are working hard even if you do nothing in those extra hours. Bull work is preferred than smart work. No one to reach to about any concerns. Not very women friendly environment.
