Alot of pros, alot! Overall, good environment! Great networking and many positive people at Aon. Easy to get things done if there is one bad apple in the team because others are helpful. Excellent means of communicating instantly to all departments at Aon in each Country - it's AMAZING!

Cons

Backstabbing is common among people in senior roles. Managers generally quite good except for a few. Alot of push to excel but once shown, no chance to excel unless you are Manager's favourite.

Great staff with a lot of social functions. Large multi-national status makes moving between countries pretty easy, but you have to ask for it. Pay is fair and great benefits package.

Cons

It's big and constantly changing, so be prepared to have your job function change periodically.
