SCS

Pros

Good brand name There are benefits like good infra, good people around, and less work(as peak work is mainly for 2-3 months in the year)

Cons

Some profiles like SCS are meant to be working on the boredom tools that will involve the Copy and pasting of stuff, filling up the Excel sheets and then the same continues. The tools they work on are not appreciated anywhere if you plan to switch. The major Con is regardless of the number of hours you stretch in the peak time you will not get the Extra pay. The salary is quite less as compared to the other companies.
