Like other companies it has also some Top level of Manager are depended on low level of manager and they have to safe them on value lost of talent resource, Being a large organisation, i have to report about it that senior manager and director who based in Gurgaon office are dependent, A manager who is committing the mistakes and doing wrong step is not getting punish for that but they are letting go the talents , they are assigning wrong resource to the projects without identifying their technical skills, No transparency in this company as well i found who can do easily flattery can be appraised. Company is good but these such crooks fooling the upper level of management. HR Connect is not much favourable for mid level of employees, i found before and found again they get side of Manager and create track to make out employees. So at last talented employees have to move out from aon due to this cause.

Pushed very hard and under-staffed, lower management does not have authority to implement necessary improvements.
