Pros
Company with plenty of resources and great instruments available to employees. The huge network together with great instruments (i.e. huge analytic department etc) allows to really think big (if you are in the position to)
Cons
It still presents internal political conflicts and, as in most big companies, individuals rewards are put in a second level to achieve better margins for the company . At the end, if you end up in a team with poor management you can get very much stuck and there is no particular review on the poor job the management does
