Work timings and flexibility for work and the leave planning. The mentoring is good with a few people and that too depends on the kind of mentor you have.

Cons

Work pressure is too much usually and need to make it doable. Sometimes you do feel there is too much of favoritism

Its been the best of worlds when you work for a large cooperation and are part of a small team. You are given amazing opportunities to grow and handle accounts individually. The team is incredibly supportive and it really does feel like family.

Cons

If you dont have the inherent tendency to push yourself forward to new opportunities and learn, you would find the workplace challenging.
