Pros

schedule flexibility, ability to relocate, many locations, 401k match is really great, well known company in the risk management industry

Cons

In comparison to other captive managers, Aon does not pay very well. Salary should be higher in locations where account managers have to way more hats than their job title responsibilities. No oversight for manager, sub par communication from upper management on an individual level, Double standards, rules do not apply equally across the board

Pros

The offices are clean, organized and spacious. It is a typical corporate atmosphere, with typical, though roomy cubicles. Executives are polite and respectful to everyone. The college to internship program seems great.

Cons

Creative types will have to subdue their free spirits until after working hours. It seems to take a long time and a lot of dedication and maybe lots of subtle schmoozing to get promoted.
