Pros

Aon is a good place to work and start your career. Social benefits are good. The international network makes more easy to access your local customer prospects providing introduccion to local multinational companies.

Cons

Administration task are overloaded. I beleive in the 70% frontoffice ratio but Account executives inherited an amount of administrative work that prevents better play their main role. Not many offers to change or to choose to a job in another country. Still awaitng to see how job talent is developed.

Great opportunity to grow, but frustrating environment

Pros

There are many opportunities to take ownership and responsibility if you prove yourself to be competent and proactive. The company rewards high performers well and, unlike other companies in the city, offers a decent work/life balance.

Cons

Politics is rife and the company is struggling with the shift towards technological leadership, however this does appear to be changing.
