Pros

Flexible work from home options

Cons

Long hours Lack of work/life balance (weekend meetings and travel expected) Low to no merit increases Bonuses (intended to take the place of merit increases) got smaller every year Lack of culture. Many "senior" consultants act like spoiled children. No real market strategy. Sales rewarded over quality delivery or maintaining long-term client relationships.

Pros

The company has great benefits and job security. Pay is decent, though below market for some positions.

Cons

As with any large company, Aon take forever to change course. Don't expect a quick resolution to anything.
