Pros

The Los Angeles office has a great culture. The team and local management are very collaborative and seek to really help you grow your career.

Cons

Slow to increase compensation for employees. New employees with fewer qualifications seem to be compensated well, while people who have been with the company for awhile get small increases.

Pros

Aon has good benefits auch as 401k and they scored a 100 percent on the equality index for nine consecutive years. Been with the company for 10 years and I like it so far.

Cons

They don't pay their employees well but they make up for it with benefits. There is no training either and you have to ask your coworker to train you on some of the things to do your work. Leadership is not visible and does not encourage or tell you how to become great at your job.

DUCK!

Pros

You can learn how to work in a true Global company. There are still some great people there.

Cons

Every October (and often other times) the IT world has another round of layoffs. If you don't roll over and agree with all decisions, watch out.
