Pros

Remote work for NA Marketing

Cons

Pay and bonuses are low. Promotions and career growth are not available. HR violations are rampant among leadership and reporting falls on deaf ears. Tenure is the main priority of the company. Lots of managers and directors but no Specialists or Analysts. Can’t work on anything strategic since you’re bogged down with entry level work.

Pros

- Compensation was excellent - I had a wide range of responsibilities and learning opportunites

Cons

- Segmented departments with very little collaboration across teams - Toxic middle management that was obsessed with KPIs and minute details - Culture is extremely rigid and unfriendly to employees, On my team, small talk and chatting about anything unrelated to work tasks was discouraged - Bad work/life balance - Manager put me on a PIP in my second week on the job, I met his expectations for a year before he was able to convince HR to terminate be for non-specific "Performance issues"
