Pros

Decent compensation with bonus, average benefits, some flexibility.

Cons

leadership changes at least every 6 months, sometime more frequently, lots of outsourcing, frequent restructuring. Constant battle between insourcing and outsourcing business units. Multiple CIO for business and corporate with inconsistent and unaligned strategies. Friction continues between legacy Hewitt and Aon factions with Hewitt slowly consuming and eliminating Aon resources.

Pros

Decent pay. Flexibility. Lots of opportunities for development. All the support of a larger company.

Cons

For being such a large corporation, I wonder if their health benefits could be better. Unfortunately, they certainly contribute to the widening compensation gap between the Haves and the Have-Nots.

Pros

Super friendly people who for the most part have been there a very long time. You know you are working with the best in the industry.

Cons

Pay raises are very minimal if any occur at all (like 1-3% from what I saw), and it takes a very long time to get promoted. Most of the time, it feels like they do not value the employees. They will say it with words, but actions behind the words are minimal to non-existent. Great stepping-stone job, not long term if you are young and wanting to grow.
