Go away from them

Pros

- Free drinks ; - Afterworks ; - Young team.

Cons

- Most toxic management ever (Openly criticizing you by email and putting all the management in CC ; Full of Micro-management, they will track all the tasks you are doing and check the time it takes you) - Tasks are redundant and you won't get a proper training for certain of them. - As a junior and even seniors in PA, be ready to take phone calls like a call center. They won't train you properly and you'll have to keep up the pace. - Wage is a big joke.. You won't even have an increase of wage if Management does not want to give it to you. The compensation at the end of year is a joke too. => If you are a senior, your overtime is not paid. - Full of boy/girlfriending

Pros

The compensation is kind of so-so or average, but their benefits is really good compared to my previous company. Loved that they have 2 wellbeing holidays annually and generous performance bonus and team building every year.

Cons

Limited trainings and upskilling. Slow career progression.
