Pros

The company culture is exceptional - Aon supports diversity and unconscious bias at the fore as well as making well-being and work-life balance a top priority. My experience with the people has also been great, from peers to leadership and I've always felt supported with my career goals by my direct manager.

Cons

The pay isn't as competitive as I've seen externally, but having a salary negotiation conversation with leadership has proven beneficial for me.

Pros

Pay was decent. Working from home was good for a while.

Cons

Very toxic environment, lot of selfish people, management doesnt care about you. I had 4-5 manager changes in 3 years and was given a bad review by a new manager that never had a 1 on 1 meeting with me (although all yearly goals were met). He also gave most people lesser ratings from last time - on the basis of what, exactly ? People keep leaving but the management doesn't pay attention.
