Pros

- Salary is good but looking back it's like a trap - Benefit seems nice but in reality there is always overtime particular when your team members also works overtime

Cons

- One Aon but in reality the team is not supportive at all. I have face situation with my working style is different then I got attack on the way I work or negative attitude toward me. They mention about diversity but no respect for people with different background. - Worst HR I have ever met within my career, they are not supportive at any point, dodge when asking them questions. They only support people in C level and doesn't care about general employee.

Pros

Longer tenured and experienced people at the individual contributor and first tier management level are rather nice. Can be an ok place for early career experience.

Cons

Worst benefits out of any company I've worked for, including worst 401k match. Raises and bonuses were also the smallest out of anywhere I've ever worked in industry. There are areas where people with around 5 years of experience out of college have been given mid tier management roles and they do not have the experience to manage people.
