Pros

Good place if you want to learn about insurance industry

Cons

- Lot of clients stick around because of broader Aon relationship, do not really use Aon Inpoint services - Aon Inpoint is not well connected with broking teams, brokers have no vested interest in listening to them so the engagement services are limited to setting up meetings -CEO has changed 2 times in last 4 years, constant re-org. A lot of seasoned old school insurance people in cushy less work and lets enjoy at the cost of slogging analysts and associates -constant challenges between engagement people and consulting people -high turnover among junior staff as they quickly realize what it is.

Pros

Great people. Great culture.

Cons

Lower pay versus the industry. Lots of turnover. Not a lot of transparency from senior management. Global company, so you tend to become "just a number".
