Pros

Decent salary. Success really depends on your direct leadership.

Cons

Executive leadership is not in touch with the larger company. Makes bets, loses and employee suffers. Leadership throughout is mediocre with lots of arrogance. Employees are disposable.

Pros

Work-life balance, work from home flexibility

Cons

The company is doing bad financially so there's barely any raises (you're EXTREMELY lucky if you even get 3%) and only the select get bonuses. They do not compensate based off your performance but basically off the companies. So, you could work your butt off all year and get the same amount and the person behind you. The culture is pretty bad. The managers are often there just to manage and do not know how to be leaders. They actually expect you to sit in the same role, with little to no pay increase or career growth.
