Pros

Flexibility. But this depended on your team leader.

Cons

Really horrible toxic culture in Perth office. workload is unmanageable but your team leader and state director certainly won’t care. Forget about being remunerated accordingly!

Pros

Fosters a strong supportive team environment. Tries to maintain good work life balance. Recognizes strong performances of employees at all levels.

Cons

Compensation is not competitive with biggest competitors. Paid time off is not as generous as other places.

Pros

- a lot of flexibility to try out different roles/divisions - Sr management and C-suite actually care about employees - options to accelerate your career if you want to put in the work

Cons

- not the best compensation unless you fight for it - basically zero access to 'real' professional development, which is hard given we compete with Big 4 firms and their resources - near impossible to find a mentor or get in touch with HR, an issue if your manager is not giving you the support you need
