Pros

- great work life balance - opportunity for growth - mentoring and development - great colleagues and culture

Cons

Compensation is low compared to other forms. Also, there is a focus on efficiency that ends up having a bit of a negative impact on the service delivery

Pros

Great place to kick off your career and gain experience. The people here are also awesome to work with.

Cons

Support roles are contracted to MSP's so do not expect a FTE position/competitive salary. Tech teams are ran thin so expect to be underwater for the most part. UAT can be messy here resulting in support overhead and disruption to end user productivity.

Pros

Half decent benefit package but that’s it

Cons

- You will be over worked - You will have terrible pay rises - Your bonus % is always reduced every year - Most jobs being pushed to Poland or India - Managers think they are amazing and don’t like to be be challenged. - Senior leaders live in a world of their own. - Only so many people allowed to get recognition for good work so if you’re not chosen that year it doesn’t matter how well you did you will be marked down. - Aon is the most penny pinching company I have worked for - They push a rainbow flag but underlying do not live up to this. - a real negative place to work!
