Don't waste you're time, dead end job

Pros

work in an air conditioned environment, lunch catered occasionally, flexible schedules

Cons

There is no room for advancement no matter how hard you work unless you are part of the clique. I wasted 9 years of my life sitting in a cubicle staring at a computer, that is not a life that is a prison sentence. Learn a marketable skill. Pay is terrible as well!

Pros

Benefits are okay, 401k match is alright, medical benefits are okay, section managers are reasonable.

Cons

They foster a miserable culture with poor direction form upper management and burn through managers rapidly. The rate of attrition at Aon is unbelievably high. Upper management is out of touch and they take credit for the success of the sales people. Basic systems don't work properly and sometimes at all. Poor oversight on critical aspects of the position.

Managers are in a no win situation

Pros

3 weeks starting vacation time, decent 401k match, ability to wear jeans

Cons

No support for managers but expected to keep morale high. It really depends on who you report to and I did not have a good manager.
