Pros

I worked with Aon for almost 1.5 years full time. 1) If you are looking for stability, Aon is undoubtedly the best. 2) At Aon, employees are human not machines (this is vice versa for other companies) 3) Relaxed and cool work environment with sufficient work to go around for the day. 4) Definitely the best company to work with if you are a working mother.

Cons

1) As per my understanding they need to increase its pay scale a little. 2) No other cons.

Pros

* Good CMM-5 level practices. * People looking for relaxed jobs, this is the place to be. * Good place to start your career

Cons

* Some of the teams are not well organised, junior associates do not get due credit for work. There is no clear methodology to analyse perfomance. * Too much emphasis on team work and individual brilliance is often ignored.
