Great career opportunities (but like anywhere you need to be proactive), great people to work with. I've worked in global and regional roles and my experience is consistent. Aon is constantly trying to better itself as a place to work which is genuinely admirable. They really care what you think and if you are a performer, many doors will be opened (as above and like any large MNCyou need to be proactive).
