Pay and benefits, schedule, remote work flexibility, and office space/area.

Cons

Reorganizations and layoffs every year, numerous superfluous layers of management, lack of career growth. The leadership lack vision, and they will chase whatever hot trend emerges after it's already too late to be profitable doing so.
