Pros

Large match on 401k, good health insurance. More days off than average. Good pay. Lots of stock bonuses.

Cons

Some managers are indecisive and block approvals for all projects. Others are impulsive and don’t plan. Projects are usually delayed until things become an emergency then rushed last minutes without following the plan.

Co-workers are really nice. My management structure is really good. Compensation is mediocre.

Cons

Punish employees for executive failures. Moved HQ where there is no option for mass transit.

Pros

excellent benefits and compensation. Good coworkers.

Cons

There was no well-defined strategy for long-term development. It is disappointing that the same upper management continued to make mistakes yet remained in leadership. Many of the mid-level managers also need to be replaced.
