Pros

Large match on 401k, good health insurance. More days off than average. Good pay. Lots of stock bonuses.

Cons

Some managers are indecisive and block approvals for all projects. Others are impulsive and don’t plan. Projects are usually delayed until things become an emergency then rushed last minutes without following the plan.

Pros

Most of the people that work in accounting are kind and genuine

Cons

Company is going downhill fast. Major layoffs followed by silent layoffs all throughout this year. Been on a hiring freeze since late last year. Very hard to work your way up in the company, most people have been in their same position for many years
