      Pros

      Some of the folks work very hard to grow the business and bring new customers to Apex Capital. Management not afraid to make investments to bring new technology to the forefront.

      Cons

      Sometimes internal policies get on the way of conducting business. I would suggest to review some of these to male a more seamless customer interaction.

      Pros

      Apex values their employees! Everyone is recognized for their role in the company, no matter how big or small. Great wellness program, holiday parties, casual dress code.

      Cons

      The pay scale is on the low end. However, there are quarterly bonuses (profit sharing) based on tenure.

      Pros

      Apex provides their employees with personal and professional growth opportunities. The culture is fantastic, the people are great, we have fun, but we get the job done. This is not a stuffy corporate culture. We believe in team work and collaboration. Everyone is very supportive of their peers and we all work together to maximize our organizations potential. The environment promotes a healthy work/life balance. The parties/celebrations are awesome (my kids especially like Santa coming into the office every year & the picnic), Apex lives the motto "Work hard. Play hard."

      Cons

      This place isn't for everyone. Not all personalities can work in this environment. The hiring managers take that into account during the interview process. It's tough to get in, but once you do, you understand why hiring decisions are made like they are.
