Pros

Good experience with coworkers. Management tries to understand employee's perspective. Good pay. Chill and calm atmosphere environment. APEX thrives on contracts.

Cons

Management does not know what they're doing nor do they know what's the best/effective/efficient way to handle a business. Changes occur in an instant instead of being stable when contracts are not stable.
