My firm went down the drain after getting bought by Apex (who is PE owned). Former managers and up got replaced by new managers who are condescending and always taking on additional tasks from clients. They would then dump those tasks on the associates causing everyone to be overworked late into the nights. Annual bonuses are now tiny. Yearly salary raises are pretty much nonexistent now, nowhere near enough to keep up with inflation The formerly close knit and fun culture have been destroyed.

- little micro management - very relaxed environment - flexible wfh

Cons

- don’t expect to get any sort of training here - don’t work here if you are ambitious as you will realise most people in Sydney have mentally checked out. - lot of favouritism amongst management - extremely outdated building and workstation/laptop - toilets constantly stink - elevators take 5 mins to get up - no sort of work culture here at all
