-Colleagues are nice -Open door policy. You can reach out to managers -There is room for growth but you have to work extra hard and be willing to wait for a promotion. -Benefits are average for a big company -401k matching is decent

Cons

-Salaries are not as competitive -Top heavy -Cheap with outings -They have implemented a 5 day a week in the office
