- Little to no communication regarding decisions that affect employees - Changes in policies with no warning and with immediate effect - Extremely high employee turnover - Unnecessary red tape, resulting in slow hiring to fill vacancies positions - No incentive to work hard, as increases and bonuses are granted per the Revenue of the company as a whole - instead of individual performance
