Apex Group reviews

They give the impression to be a major multinational company but are not willing to pay their staffs adequately. They are always understaffed and expect their revenue to grow. People are reluctant to join Apex as they already got negative feedbacks. Final decisions are taken by foreigners who has no clue about the local market/culture. Yearly increments are minimal (Rs500) and they are very reluctant to promote staffs. Even with promotion, increment is really poor (Rs500). They have the budget to acquire major companies worldwide but never have enough budget to pay their staff. There is no opportunity for growth and their aim is to outsourced all the work to India.
