Below par appraisal and bonus, Even for highest ratings some one will only get 3-4 % hike in yearly appraisals and Bonus will be 2% of your CTC. It is owned by PE Firm, so naturally their main motive is acquie and grow and do a cost cutting in yearly appraisals and bonuses. If this continues in India then they will see high attrition in coming years as competitors are paying higher bonuses and hikes.
