Pros

End to end exposure to functions. Overall org is growing fast. Open door policy for employees to walk upto senior management at any given point of time. Lot of emphasis to over come unconscious biased, equality at workplace & appreciate great working culture.

Cons

since its in growth face, few policies & process needs to be in place which is in progress.
