So many. Sudden layoffs due to lack of work while people are being overload with reduced workforce. High turnover, management don’t care for you at all. You are and will always be a number. Regret leaving my safe job for this and being laid off less than 2 years later.

The only pro was that I was able to work from home the past 4 years since they closed my office due to Covid in 2021. Also a con because they gave no other solutions to be in an office space.

Cons

Zero upward mobility. Screwed me on paying out my remaining PTO balance with technicalities even though I was with the company for 6 years. Offshoring all their US based work to Mexico and India to cut costs. Underpay their workers by a significant amount and look to pocket more cash for senior management. I'm literally making double my salary in a similar role while still working in NY. Look elsewhere and don't waste your time!

No immediate laptop to new employees, Office infrastructure is not motivating, even washrooms also not maintained properly Always NIL budget for employee benefits. No R&R Annual hike is like 4 % Bonus is like 2% Office IT assets always having issues
