      Pros

      Great place to learn and gain exposure to different funds. Very patient colleagues when you are learning the job. Rarely have to work late too which is a big plus.

      Cons

      Once you are up to speed, the workload is endless which on the one hand is great for learning but at the risk of burnout.

      End to end exposure in the function

      Worst ever policies, People who are non performers and getting awards and promotions twice in a year that too at senior management level. only politics is the word for the top most management in India. High performers are not valued only people threatning about resigning are valued.
