Salary, end to end process that will allow you to see a full view of the industry

Cons

Poor bonus, no work-life balance and bad management. They do not care about the people. Very poor culture and working environment. Staff are also overloaded with unnecessary work. The management tends to push the blame around instead of resolving the issue. At many times priorities are not placed correctly.
