No future prospects, bad management who can be not supportive and ignorant to your growth, tight budget with low pay salary. No flexibility in the office

Exposed to various types of funds.

Cons

1. Ex pats and especially those on visa are underpaid. 2. A lot of politics going on in office where only certain people get promoted and a good pay. 3. You get promised a lot and in the end, no reward for hard work. 4. Fund accountants have to work crazy hours and are underpaid. 5. Staffs leaving the company are not replaced and more work falls on existing ones. Overall, pay is really bad for operational staffs.
